Our School
Dunning-Foubert ES opened in 1981 and expanded in 1985 to its present size. The school is named after two of the founding families of the Cumberland area; Dunning and Foubert.
Dunning-Foubert strives to provide an environment that meets the individual needs of students. The staff, students and parents work together to build a caring and productive learning community. Our academic programs provide opportunities for students to be independent thinkers, creative problem solvers and develop lifelong learning skills. We encourage students to gain experience in organizational and leadership activities and acquire the skills needed to achieve success in real life.
Mission Statement
"At Dunning-Foubert Elementary School, we strive to stimulate and support ongoing learning, creativity and success, in a safe and caring environment while enhancing community citizenship by promoting positive character and community involvement."
